Privacy Policy

Current version for the IronVibe app. Full text also available at ironvibe.app/privacy.

1. Introduction

We take your privacy seriously. IronVibe is designed to collect as little data as possible and to keep your training data under your control. This document describes what data the IronVibe app and website process and how.

2. What data we process

The IronVibe app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or other directly identifying information.

The app processes:

  • workout history, exercises, notes, and related parameters (weight, reps, rest, etc.);
  • client/athlete data you enter (e.g. name, training goal);
  • local app settings (language, display options, etc.).

This data exists only on your device and is not sent to us automatically.

3. Local storage

All workout and settings data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload it to our servers or have direct access to it.

You can delete your data at any time: clear the workout history in the app, or uninstall the app — local data is permanently removed with it.

4. Analytics and crash reporting

There is none. IronVibe ships without a single analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting library — no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no advertising SDKs. You can verify it: the app source code is public.

The app sends nothing to our servers, because we do not run any. It reaches the network only when you open an external link yourself (the website or Telegram, for example) — from that point you are on that service's side.

If you installed IronVibe from Google Play, the store keeps its own install and crash statistics under Google's rules. We do not control that and receive no personal data from it.

5. The website: cookies and browser storage

ironvibe.app sets no cookies and runs no counters, pixels, or advertising scripts. The only thing kept in your browser is the theme you picked, light or dark — an interface setting you choose yourself, which disappears when you clear site data.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any host, GitHub processes technical request data (including IP addresses) to deliver pages and defend against abuse, under its own privacy policy. Those logs never reach us.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Sharing may only occur:

  • technical processing by the website host and by Google Play, in the scope described in sections 4 and 5 and under their own policies;
  • to comply with the law or lawful requests by authorities;
  • when you share data yourself — for example, sending your backup file to someone else.

7. Your rights and controls

Because most data is stored only on your device, you control it through the app and system settings.

  • You can delete workouts, clients, and any other records right inside IronVibe.
  • You can restrict app permissions (e.g. network) in your OS settings.
  • You can limit data collection at the device and Google account level, where the platform supports it.

If you have questions about what data is used or how to delete it, contact us at [email protected].

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always at ironvibe.app/privacy. For material changes we will try to notify you (e.g. via an app update or a notice on the site).

9. Contact

For questions about this Privacy Policy, data processing, or IronVibe in general, write to us at [email protected]. We will aim to reply as soon as reasonably possible.

The current full version of this policy is always available at ironvibe.app/privacy.
